Today on May 21 Captain Paul Watson was expected to be released on bail

On the site of Sea Shepherd we have not confirmed yet that

Captain Paul Watson has been released yet on bail, however

it was expected that it would happen today on May 21.

We ask of the German ministry of Justice to review the false claims made by Costa Rica against the captain and release him as soon as possible.

Germany has detained Sea Shepherd’s Captain Paul Watson for possible extradition to Costa Rica.  The warrant for Captain Watson’s arrest is politically motivated and possibly due to an incident in which Sea Shepherd uncovered an illegal shark finning operation.
